Personal Record: 255 lb Squat

I typically weigh about 161 pounds.  Until 2/8/13, my maximum squat was 225 pounds for just 4 reps.  I had already beat my personal best 2/8, but I recorded it because I finally broke the 250 barrier.  On this day, I squatted 255 pounds for 5 sets and 6 reps each set.

    1. Thanks, Neil! I've worked hard on my form over the months, being sure to squat to "parallel". Maybe it's what helped me reach new personal bests.
